The original Shirra lineup was born with the collaboration of vocalist Maria Drizik and bass guitar player Igor Klimov, who worked on alternative music material in the past. After some time, drummer Nikolay Kunavin and saxophonist Michael Kulikov joined the band. After the creation of its authentic sound, composed of energetic rock with jazz arrangements, impulsive vocals & complex rhythmic patterns, the band got its name in 2019
